Registration Information for 2025-2026
Registration form and yearly registration fee (cash or check) are due at time of registration. Space is limited and is first come, first served. Limited class openings in each age group.
Spring Semester 2 Year Old Class is determined by the age of the student on January 6, 2026.
No holiday or summer care is available.
Fees & Tuition for 2025-2026
The registration fee is$400 $200, discounted for registration of the 2025-2026 spring semester only. MDS accepts cash, check, or money order (no cards).
A 10% tuition discount is given to the second child.
Tuition is prepaid and due by the 10th of each month. All first month fees including early bird, day school, and extended day fees must be paid by December 18, 2025. Any unpaid fees by this date will void your child’s registration for the 2025-2026 school year.
According to MDS policies, ALL students attending the 3 year old, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten classes must be completely potty trained.
