Registration Information for 2026-2027
Registration forms and the yearly registration fee are completed online through Brightwheel at the time of registration. We no longer accept any on‑site payments. Space is limited and is first come, first served. **AFTER I REGISTER, THEN WHAT? Most of the registration process will be completed through Brightwheel. We will hold four registration dates in July for families to complete required on site items, including picking up car card applications, completing one emergency contact card, selecting monthly services, picking up a Food Allergy Action Plan if needed, and purchasing an MDS t shirt if desired. Families may come by Methodist Day School from 11:00am–1:00pm on any of the following dates: Friday, July 10; Saturday, July 11; Friday, July 24; or Saturday, July 25. All first month fees—including early bird, day school, and extended day—must be paid in Brightwheel by July 27, 2026. Any unpaid fees after this date will void your child’s registration for the 2026–2027 school year.
Class placement is determined by the age of the student on September 1, 2026.
Fees & Tuition for 2026-2027
2026-2027 Yearly Registration Fee - $400.
A 10% tuition discount is given to the second child.
Tuition is prepaid and due by the 20th of each month. The first month’s tuition includes August and September 2026 (considered one month/not prorated). All first month fees including early bird, day school, and extended day fees must be paid by July 27, 2026. Any unpaid fees by this date will void your child’s registration for the 2026-2027 school year.
According to MDS policies, ALL students attending the 3 year old, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten classes must be completely potty trained.
